Returns and shipping

All sales are final. We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sanitary reasons and the custom, handmade nature of our items.

All orders are shipped within 10 business days. There can sometimes be a high demand season when processing time can take longer, feel free to email us or dm us on instagram for shipping updates.

The transport carriers responsible for shipping out your orders are ELTA (for both national & international orders) and BOX NOW (only for national orders)

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has been shipped along with a link to track your parcel.

Once items are dispatched, the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery once the item is in the hands of the carrier as they have full control over the package. 

Please double check your shipping address before ordering as we are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address. If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, we will charge a reshipment fee to mail it to the correct address. We will not cancel or refund orders that were ordered to the incorrect shipping address at the customer's fault.
